Our founding guarantee

We want founding partners to succeed on Saltari, not feel rushed into a half-finished cutover. That is why migration help and trial extensions are part of the offer, not an upsell.

  • If we cannot import your roster within 14 days, we extend the trial free.
  • No tiers, no per-location fees, no surprise add-ons during the founding term.
  • Australian support and data residency on Azure Australia.

What we are actually asking for

A founding seat is a trade rather than a discount. Here is our half of it, plainly.

Tell us when something is wrong

The most useful thing a founding club does is say when a screen does not match how their club works. Not a formal process, just a message when something is annoying. Most of what has shaped the product came from exactly that.

Be willing to be early

Some things are less polished than a product that has been going for fifteen years. You will occasionally be the first club to do a particular thing, and occasionally something will need fixing quickly. In exchange the fix happens quickly, because there is no queue of ten thousand clubs in front of you.

Let us tell your story later, if it went well

No obligation and no pressure. If Saltari genuinely helped, we would like to write about it with your approval and your numbers. If it did not, we would rather know why.

The questions worth asking us

Why is founding pricing cheaper than it will be later?

Because you are taking a risk on a young product, and that is worth something. You are choosing software with fewer clubs on it and a shorter track record than the American incumbents, and helping shape what it becomes. The price lock is what that is worth to us, and it holds for two years whatever the list price does.

What is the catch?

That it is early. Fewer clubs, a smaller community to ask questions of, and some areas less developed than a mature competitor, party bookings in particular. If your club needs everything to be settled and proven today, a founding seat is not the right fit and we would rather say so now.

What happens after 24 months?

You move to whatever the standard price is then, and you will know well before it happens. There is no automatic step up to a surprise number and no per student component waiting at the end of the term.

Are we locked in?

No. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. If it is not working you can leave, and we will export your students, families, classes, enrolments, attendance and financial records so you go with your records in order.

How many founding seats are there?

A small number, because concierge migration and close support only work at small scale. When we cannot do that properly any more, the founding offer closes rather than being quietly watered down.

Before you decide
